With the Prime Writers’ Daily Writing Resolutions, each day in January we are featuring a real writing goal that one of the Prime Writers is working on this year.
Today’s words of wisdom are from Martine Bailey, author of the Penny Heart and An Appetite for Violets:
‘My resolution is to do my best to hold on to the joy of writing – the research and losing yourself in words and building scenes and characters – while achieving a life balance. Every morning I’m going to get out my planner and reflect for 10 minutes on how to get the most out of each day by asking:
How can I achieve my very best writing today?
How can I balance work/pleasure/health/spirit/relationships?’
